• Self yoga practice

  • Self practice - it is the kind of training in which a person is trained independently without a coach.

    If the practitioner does not have an opportunity to regularly practice yoga in groups or individually, he can train by himself.
    Time and place of such trainings practitioner chooses according to his preferences, schedule and life opportunities.

    Methods of self-training:

    What is a personal program and why  do you need it?

    Personal program - a training algorithm matched to a specific person for self practice.
    The algorithm is a training scheme in which training elements are displayed (poses, breathing techniques), made in a specific sequence.

    Personal program takes into account the individual characteristics of a person, his current lifesituation and tasks. Therefore, practicing a personal program by yourself, you can quite effectively improve your physiological and energy functional, realize yourself in life and achieve your goals.

    Personal program is made for a certain period of time (from one to six months) needed to perform the tasks of the practitioner.
    A specific training schedule is selected. It can be firmly fixed, or be more free, when the practitioner himself determines for himself when to train, according to his internal sensations.

    Personal program is represented in the text form and a set of images (usually a schematic illustration of exercise), reflecting the most understandable as needed to train.

    Responsibility of the participant increases primarily to himself while self-training as well asopportunity of fairly rapid progress.
    Exercises are supposed to be done carefully mastering new exercises and perfecting the mastered ones. On one hand there constantly has to be a challenge to yourself in trainings, that is to strive to do a little better than in the previous exercise, on the other - not to force yourself,not to break, that is "not to push too far".

    Group and individual training, as well as classes on personal  programs are effective to combined with intensives. This combination gives the best results from the practice of yoga.
